So, I finally remembered to take some pics showing the gap on my truck:

The upper portion of the THORparts bumper mounts to the body. I could have dropped it down bit I left this gap to allow me to pull out the body lift later if I wanted.

On the rear, I always had enough space for the 35" tire, but I do have room for a 37".

You can mount a 37" spare by flipping the tire mount. Mine has held up perfectly, and may not be the smartest thing, but I sit on it and stand on it occasionally. I weigh 240lbs.

Having second thoughts about the 37's. Not sure they will fit right and will they rub???

Why have second thoughts? I am running 37" superswampers with just the daystar 1" bodylift and slight modification to the rear "shark fin" and front bumper inner skirt. Cannot even notice once it is done and looks great. I will never run 35's again on an H3. There are several people running this combo now without an issue. The key is stock back spacing for wheels.

A 2" body lift will allow slightly less backspaced wheels. What offset/backspacing do you have?

Here is a photo of the 2" fill insert that I will plasma table cut and install between the grill and bumper. Will fold the edges back as well to fill the side gaps.

Should close up the gap nicely.

No way to move everything up 2"? I'm sure it's been a pain trying to figure it out.
