Had a hit and run on last Monday, snapped the rear spring tore the brake lines and bent the shock, got it all put back together and installed my rear window delete and working on the hood vent, also had longer rear center beake lines made.

Sorry about the hit and run, it is almost maddening when stuff like that happens.

That said I like the window delete, I've been thinking about it. Truck looks good.

Painted my lower bumper piece to match. Scratched it a bit when reinstalling, but I'm sure it'll get marked up when I go wheeling next anyway.

Man, just when I thought I was going to paint my grille black on my red 06. That looks awesome. Were you able to match the factory victory red and how did you paint it? The red tow hook valance also looks good.

My truck is actually considered "inferno orange", but I think it's also been called "solar flare orange".

The grille came matched from the factory, as far as I know.

All I did was paint the lower tow hook bumper to match using self etching primer, inferno orange ac delco spray paint and clear coat spray paint.

I'll probably clean the skid plates and paint them black to get rid of the silver.

Had a new squeaking sound a low speeds after 800 miles after doin a brake job. Found the culprit and found a piece of log jammed beside front drive shaft after driving in high water the other day.

That's why those CVs don't hold up. Harsh environment for sure.

A couple months back I replaced the rear brakes. Had some fun in the woods and shortly after the rear brakes started screeching. A small stock got lodged just right between the ebrake, hub, and disc.

At first I wasn't sure i hadn't buggered up the brakes somehow. That was a sigh of relief and a chuckle.

Between that and a local river crossing (East coast river, so actually a big creek...) I always check for debris after water and brush!

Launched the boat, love it when it's over 100° and you can slip into the water to get away from it haha

Productive weekend...installed my airbags have them at 40 psi seem to be nice and control bounce and as u can see travel isn't limited, as well wired up my aditional back up lights...probably get a night pic later today, still need to figure out my battery issue...but I bekieve it is toasted...gonna file a claim with odesy...and if that's not it then probably is my alternator.

So I have my power steering rack off and all the skid plates. Would it be possible to get the oil pan off, or at least have enough room to put a new gasket on? I also need to repair the rear 2 bolts, the long ones. The bolt holes are stripped.

I'm thinking about airbags because I'm towing a 4000lb camper now. Those look great.

Ordered up some more parts from forum member Schwarttzy!!

Extended shackles and the high clearance shock mounts!

I am getting prepped for a addition to the box early next year and need to get the back end level!

Go for it about a 2 hr job...i have the links in my build thread...this kit I went with is the one the works the best (I spend like 3 hrs in YouTube watching different air set ups for different vehicles) with very little drilling involved...and no other items but what is included is required.
