Seems like Timken bearings aren't what they used to be. Got a whole 6k miles out of my right hub, ordered a pair of oem ones. Nothing like doing things twice. Ordered some RR sliders and a new Kenwood unit to replace the current older one so I can run front and rear cameras.

Calculated my mpg after my last fill-up and got 15.86 mpg, running on 35's with 4.10's. I didn't choose the alpha for good milage, but its better than I expected

Not hard to replace a possible bad pressure sensor. $35 on Amazon.

I had the same oil pressure issue when I first got mine. Replaced the pressure sensor and did an oil change. Issue was gone for a week and returned. Oil level was Ok. Was concerned but was busy and I was able to keep light from coming on by keeping idle at 900 rpm when coming to a stop. I drove for 3k and took to the dealership and had another oil change and started an oil consumption test which was just taking it in every thousand miles to record oil levels. Didn't think it needed it but that's what they suggested. Once i had gone through my third oil change the problem had gone away completely and haven't seen it for 20K miles. I assume on mine, the previous owner wasn't as religious on oil changes and there was some sludge buildup. My next step was going to be as stated earlier, to change the oil pump.

I've had quite a different experience.

Traveling to the Hamvention in Dayton Ohio and getting the best MPG that I can remember in a long time and it's ethanol.

Some day I'll make it out to Dayton for that...
This is my first trip. If I keep getting gas mileage like this I'll make more. Ended up with 18.6 miles per gallon on that tank. Iowa must have some good gas or corn :)

Popped out the (almost) useless fog light assemblies. Was looking at something the other day and had a project idea for the weekend after I get the hub swapped out before it disintegrates. Need to pull the whole front off to swap in the new fairlead anyway. Downside of a foot mount hidden winch, everything is hidden and has to come off if you need to fiddle with things.

This is why CJ's new bumper at Thorparts is on my next smaller upgrade list. It would be very hard to go fishing like when CJ sunk his H3's front end with an ARB bumper.

Better than my setup!

I have very little space as I installed a corvette engine fan as a pusher fan (I need a/c)
Had to trim the body and modify stuff to fit it.

Do you exclude original in-tank oil radiator from automatic transmission cooling system ? If not where you install new radiator before original or afer it ? I mean oil folowing path: automatic transmission-original in-tank cooler-(bypass)-new cooler OR automatic transmission-(bypass)-new cooler-original in-tank cooler.

With tube from automatic transmission sending oil to cooler ?

Bypass original radiator.

With this setup i was doing 48c trans temp with 14c weather. In your part of russia, you need the bypass.

Installed thru cool radiator with bypass valve... now thinking is it correctly installed ;)

Install it keeping original radiator.. install after original radiator.. black hose come from original radiator with cold fluid (after cooling in original radiator)..
Seem all correct but i am worry...
