It looks good, but it doesn't really offer any type of real protection except from "bushes". It mounts to the front tow hooks so it shouldn't be much stronger in a fromt impact than any other bush guard!
Personally I believe its over priced, a steel bumper would be a better investment (Arb for example) and still be cheaper ~ 1200 .

Is this betterr than the Oem guard? Maybe, but not 1300 better.
What are you looking for?
Looks? It looks great
Protection from bushes? Seems to be better than the OEM at it
Frontal impact protection? It looks like it would be worse than the OEM at it, since a small hit would tilt the guard back and the Over the hood part would end up being ON the hood thus damaging it.

I think it looks really sharp and mean!! Kind of what I got on my H2, and it made a huge difference when I switched it from the OEM one!

Also, the good thing about arb is according to what I know it's tested and compliant with crush zone schematics. Can you take out a dear and it not get a dent yes. Do you want the arb or any brush guard to hold up in a full God forbid frontal impact at 60mph heck no. You want to be able to hit something and keep your front end but if your body is on the line which it is you want the front end to crush like it's supposed to and absorb that impact transfer instead of your body taking the brunt of the hit. So in essence it should take a parking lot yellow pole smack at low speed fine or some branches or a tree limb dangling I guess but not what me and others used to think it's supposed to do. I was in a head on crash once at like 55mph and it's not a pretty sight. Thank god my front end and the other guys crushed and we both walked away fine except for some bumps, bruises, scratches and a concoucion in my part. That thing looks mean and I'll take one any day but accept the things it can do and the things their not supposed to do.
