With us heading to Napa this weekend for wine, wine, and more wine, combinded my needing to get my fj60 through the ref before the end of March I'm going to have to miss this run. I'll keep my eye out for the next one.

Serge took it with some effort. Portager got most of the way up but got stopped by lack of clearance. I will steer the team away from the obstacle if there is ANY question about safety.

I ran it before, but one of the psychos told me that something changed a few months back, I was part of a group of about 7 H1's 2 years ago that did it, but last time I think there was some damage on the corners of the wagons.. we'll have to double check it out...

We had an H1 take it before as well. It is not the most forgiving obstacle.

You will damage left rear corner, H1 usually pick up some part of landscape in that trench.

Definitely want to be the first truck or two to attempt it. Once the first couple of guys dig it out it is impossible to climb out of.

I remember that. Seth dug it up bad in the JK, then a few H1's went through then serge then when H3-ing tried it was a lot tougher then when seth went up

Chris, yes with that extra 4 inches you might get up. Don't let the H1 and H2's go first and trench it.

I know clearance is what hung me up a year ago, remember? and Portager attempted on the last Thanksgiving run but was hung up underneath also.

Looks like we have some beautiful weather for this weekend! Highs should be mid to high seventies. Night has been dropping down into the forties so bring a coat in case we are on the trail for an extended time.

I am still hoping you show. Having you on the trail with us make the run much more enjoyable.

The main reason I keep count of who is attending is to make sure everyone gets to the trailhead. It also helps people make a decision about attending the run since more people seem to commit if there are others confirmed.

Clearance dosnt make much difference. You have to press your left rear corner against the WALL to get some traction to LR. Wheel.
because of the way that step is once u have front up and over it rear will be sliding to the left until u will hit the wall. Only then u can get some traction to cligm up

I want to see the changes, I'm guessing it's more rutted out over time, I did it 2 times but that was 2 and 3 years ago, wasn't that difficult then, but when the psychos did it a while back they got damage on the rear corners on a wagon or two so it should be interesting.

I may have an H1 or two joining me but that's a big maybe as usual, I'll have a few folks riding with me this trip...
