So far, I just have to get a *really* annoying squeak from the rear suspension taken care of and maaaaybe rear brake rotors but we'll see. And maybe an oil and filter change. -Other than that, truck is in great shape and I can't wait to test my new tires in Moab. I'll be bringing one small project with me to work on in Moab.

Just took the Disco on a test run and she did awesome, getting ready for Moab... almost there. Best of all, only a 375 mile drive for me:thumbs:

Three weeks till we saddle up for Moab. GPS says 1302 miles from my front door to Moab UT. How far for the rest of you?

Reloader, do you go down 61 through Iowa to I80? If you do you go right past my house in Eldridge.

My route is right at 1,200 miles, plenty far especially since I just got home today from a nice little 3,500 mile drive to Tucson, Phoenix and Denver. My gas budget is fried!

The first Sunday trail is ready. Did the GPS on it today. HRR (Hell Roaring Rim) backward, which makes it a lot better than HRR the way the Jeeps run it during Jeep week.

Photos from my Droid X so they are not that great; and it was a rather overcast day with some high winds.

View from the trail...

Some of those videos are showing different trails of HRR. Some call mineral point road HRR since it skirts the rim (HRR) and the canyon (HRC). Also, we will be doing it backward, and some say it is harder backward.
