I found a rack on Amazon.com manufactured by a company called Curt. It's noting flashy but it looks great for what all I need it to do. The bars are locking and I do have the key so no worries there! If anyone is interested I'm up for selling and if anyone has any input on the Curt rack let me know I'm not wasting money ha. I'm in Texas until my summer classes start back in Norman. Local pick up would be great but I can certainly look into shipping! Thanks fellas!

Sorry to do this but apparently upon further research it seems I'm going to need the bars for the rack. Apparently the U bolts have to secure around the cross bars. Sorry for the post! Feelin like a bit of a dunce:shame:
