H3 Urgent help needed BodyLIFT

Hi guys, I'm in the middle of bodylifting my H3 (Daystar 1") on a South African model 2009... I've done everything up to removing the first body mount (under the radiator/ passenger side)...

I put the fixture in a vice as others have described, and smashed it repeatedly with a hammer.. but was unable to break it free...
I used WD-40 as well.

upon closer inspection of the images online, I realized that the design of my mount screw might be a bit different. I've attached the image with a description and questions.

The instructions are unclear as to which parts I should put away and which parts I should re-use...
Any help would be greatly appreciated! My truck is grounded until I can figure this out.

UPDATE

I now know that this sleeve will be re-used (in case anyone was wondering).
It seems that a fellow Colorado owner faced the same issue during lifting, due to severely rusted bolts inside the sleeve... He had to order new sleeves and bushings, and then use the bolts that were supplied with the Daystar lift.

I'm taking the body mount to a workshop tomorrow to see if they can push the bolt out of the sleeve, if it works, I'll be going back and forth for each couple of mounts as they come off.

If memory serves me right, your pics looks just like mine. A few of my mounts had mud in them so I could see rust being an issue. I did have to use a larger BFH on a couple to knock out the bolts.

Hope it works out for you!
