People ask me this every now and then, so let's see what I can come up with off the top of my head. Here's my replacement parts from wear and tear and breakage.

140,000 miles, almost eight years, only driven to church on Sundays.

2x Radiators
Water pump
Power steering pump
Steering rack (and about ready for another)
Crankshaft seal
Cylinder head
Thermostat
Exhaust manifold
3x right engine mount
2x left engine mount
2x hood support struts
2x left upper control arm
2x right upper control arm
Left lower control arm
Right lower control arm
3x front shocks
2x steering rack bracket (1 OEM, 1 PCF)
front diff
5x front half shafts (1 actual breakage, 4x torn CV boots under warranty)
4x half shaft seals
5x diff crossmembers (4 OEM, 1 PCF)
3x right diff support (2 OEM, 1 PCF)
2x left diff support (1 OEM, 1 PCF)
2x front propshaft (1 damaged, 1 shredded CV joint)
Front propshaft u-joint
Transmission
2x transfer case (1 rock through case, 1 internals through case)
2x rear driveshaft u-joints (replaced at same time)
2x rear shocks
Rear leafs re-arch and add-a-leaf, 6 new bushings
Front and rear sway bar bushings
5x tires replaced under road hazard warranty for cuts
Five new wheels (old ones thrashed by rocks)
5x windshield
Driver's mirror (Rock 1, mirror 0)
1 skid plate (bent beyond repair)
4x battery

I haven't included the maintenance list, or strictly upgrade items (like adding rear locker and doing basic maintenance at the same time)

Sounds like the road to church is a tough one. Might wanna give that up. My list of breakage is small compared to yours, but more major components. Maintenance list is quite high. But had fun with it, what counts, right?

You need to find a new church that's not 20 miles down a extreme trail. How on earth can you go through 4 batteries in under 8 years?

Nothing has happened since I got my new 3, besides a front axle seal. UCA bushing is cut. Other than that its doing well.

My black 2006 h3 had over $10k in work done under warranty some from offroading some from known issues such as the head, exhaust manifold, shifter fork.
