I recently installed a dash cam in my 2006 Hummer H3 that required a connection in the fuse box. While trying to find a "constant" fuse, I must have inadvertently pulled and then replaced a fuse in the incorrect socket. Now I'm getting a STAB SYS SERVICE 65253 TRACTION error, and the Cruise Control is inactive. I need to know which fuse controls those so I can put that fuse back where it belongs. (Everything else is working fine.) Appreciate the assist guys!

Could be related to ABS, steering, cruise control, and probably a dozen other systems. You likely just need to review your work and compare the fuses to the layout in the owner's manual or top of fusebox.

I have the fuse layout diagram for the 2006 Hummer H3, but none of the fuses actually says "Cruise Control". One of them says "Cruise" along with other functions. Can I assume that "Cruise" means "Cruise Control"?

Yes, some systems are sensitive to voltage draws. I ran a dedicated 12ga constant power supply for various devices under the dash.
