Single and Dual Battery mod and installation opinions and ideas.

So I thought I would start a thread for members to deposit their single/dual battery modifications, pictures, installations, and opinions. I have searched MANY threads and websites and thought there could be a central place to start at least for the next guy. I would like to know what type of connector you used and why. I hear pros and cons for crimped, soldered, compression, and set screw styles. What kind of isolator/switch do you use?
I am installing a dual battery soon in a parallel configuration, for now, and I am leaning towards the set screw style due to that is what the majority of car stereo guys use, and their systems have way more money into them than just a winch.
Thoughts and pictures if you have them please. I know a few of the members have install threads that are very well done.

Mine is a variation. I use a bigger primary battery & a racing odyssey battery as an emergency start.............See thread above for details.

Hey Skippy..... My Auto electrician said the problem is the charging computer. If you charge both batteries like a traditional dual battery configuration you risk over charging the second battery. The only other option he said was to use a 12v - 12v battery charger.

i haven't had problem in 4 years. the aux battery is still the same one and i have just put a new main one in as it was slaving a bit when she started.

So I started my dual battery install today and ran into a question. The backside of the factory tray is elevated slightly higher than the rest of the tray, right where the ground bolt attached to. Does everyone else tray sit at an angle? Here are some pics of mine.
