Im paying cash for the truck myself, but im not 18 yet so i cant buy the car legally, and register it and put it on the insurance. thats where my dad comes in lol

ahhh, You and your dad should tag along for a H40 trail ride. I'm sure that would change his mind.

alright will do, I think were supposed to get more rain later next week.

Thursday is what the forecast says, i think we will get some decent rain, ive figured that if we get at least 3 hours of non stop rain. walgreens fills to the brim with mud!! Even some of the big areas will fill up!

Thanks Kyle, I must say this mud hill climb thing is different. I'm used to slow and steady in the rocks these mud hills require a little running start.

Nick and I made it up everything today...

Thanks for the pics as well.

I think your tires aren't aggressive enough as well. or maybe it's that the lugs aren't spaced out too much. are your duratracs all terrains?

yea, they are a hybrid. I like em because its my DD, they are very well rounded...

Great video Kyle! From now on you gotta take video lol

Art, we are very lucky to have that trail less then 15 minutes from our house. We have over 20 trails within 20-25 minutes. All these local trails arent too tough but have some nice side obstacles that offer challenges and to make it more challenging 99% of the time we dont air down if its local or disconnect the swaybars either. For that video my brother disconnect as he had trouble before on another climb I walked up. I used lockers for both but now that I know how to take it on I think I could of done em without...

bumping it! While this isnt in SCV, its close and its on road wheeling, like 4speed mentioned in the a post on another thread, the H3 is an awesome vehicle for bad weather. the day after xmas a few buddies and I went up to the local slopes to go snowboarding.

It was snowing and there was a good amount of black ice. Most of these knuckleheads cant drive and I ran into about 6 vehicles (trucks and cars) spun out and on the side of the road. I offered to help but most of them didnt have tow hooks and I didnt want to tug off an axle. Either way, It was a fun day and the gobi came into good use holding the 3 snowboards, the duratracs did great in the snow and I didnt spin a tire, the 4wd helped of course and the heated seats were an added bonus. :) Good thing we didnt take my buddies 2WD truck! We now have the vehicle of choice picked out for future trips. We even made it up before many others and had an early start before the crowds showed up.

This was at lower elevation, before there was a good amount of snow accumulation, once we hit a good amount at the higher elevation I wasnt taking pics I was focusing on the road.

I got home with 99,995 on the odometer so I had to go for a 5 mile drive to the mall just so I could hit
