06 H3 with 120K miles Currently running 295/60R20 from 265/75R16s. I am thinking about upgrading brakes Has anyone upgraded brakes due to larger tire size.

I haven't done it to my H3 yet, but I had 22 inch wheels on a 2000 Cadillac Deville years ago. I put slotted and drilled rotors on all 4 corners and some high quality pads. I had problems with the stock rotors "slipping" in the rain. The slotted rotors stopped that from happening.

Are you talking about a big brake upgrade? Is it still really expensive to do that these days?

I'll be interested on this as well...I'll be interested on upgrading my brakes once I move to 37/8's

I currently have 20's in 37's and have never done anything with the brakes but have been waiting for my current setup to wear out in order to up grade.... I know that doesn't help much.... Just saying its fine enough to leave as is but not good enough to forget about upgrading

Larger tire OD means more pedal pressure is needed to get the same brake rate; it's simple mechanics. I haven't driven an H3 with anything over 35s so don't know if the OEM boost handles 37s and up transparently. Trouble is, you won't really feel it unless your stopping hard.

I just picked up ebc yellows and centric rotors. Lots of good reviews on the yellows. Hopefully this makes a noticeable difference.
