Crawl up and measure the length your brake line is. Make sure to accommodate an extra 3/4" ....the length of the flared end into the nut. That gets you in the ballpark. Measure the OD of the screw ends too...to make sure you get the same. It should be metric I 'believe'. Then go to your parts store or farm & barn and find a universal straight line which is close (but not substantially shorter), get the closest one. If it's an inch shorter you should be able to fudge out an inch making the bends less, but not much more than an inch. Better to go longer. A couple inches longer you can make the bends a little greater. Otherwise, get one that is 6-8" longer and bend a 2" *loop* on one end (around a piece of pipe or something) to take up the slack. I've done it a lot on vehicles. It looks good and nobody will know it's not factory if you get a nice bend. Easy as pie!!
Unless you have a really good double-flare tool, it's not always easy to get nice flares that last. A lot of times the double flare cracks ...or micro-cracks, or it cracks when ya tighten down the ut.. Then you have wasted yer time on the line. I usually buy regular straight line and bend them up with a bender (or my fingers ...as needed). Then you get the nice flares of the pre-bought lines. For the longest time universal lines used to be under a few dollars. Like everything, lines have gone up a lot.
Check any hoses too and replace any which are significantly cracked.
