6.5 Turbo(mechanical setup) for ECV
6.2s were replaced by 6.5 NAs in the A2 setup of the humvee. this happened right around when the Hummer got 6.5 NA.

Yes the Optimizer 6500 with the Turbo, usually the P400 with the thicker block casting. That was part of the last major block of retrofits, they even sell a detuned version [no turbo] for older trucks.
If there's another batch of HMMWV refits they'll probably move the 3.2L Monoblock engine that's in the B-RVO
