Two things, it's pretty heavy I'll weight today and second frumaker did all the hard work. Welding time came in over 8 hours and it's about 5''6" long. I came up with the plan sized it up and cut but frumaker had the hard part on welding it. If your really sure I wouldn't mind but frumaker is a major part of this project.

There is a really easy way to make the 90's match. Just match the 90 to the pipe you're sung or vise versa

Here are some day time photos and and I'll fix the few the thing today. Question, my side lights are just hanging there for anyone with a 1/2 wrench to grab so is there anything I can do right now to make it less tempting?

Great rack!

As for the lights there are a few companies making special bolts to use for mounting, kinda like the wheel locks you need a certain tool to put them on or take them off.
