You may want to send him a PM. I believe he sold his H3 so he's probably not actively monitoring the forum at this time.
I just saw this old post but way up there somewhere he said he lost his bump stops. A bit later he mentioned he had the 1/2 ones. I assume meaning the longer ones by that much. Maybe, form reading some of his statements, he did not know to raise the torsions after or before installing them and that is why they came out.
