H3 lift kits in general???

Dude just crank the t-bars, get extended shackles for the rear leaf springs, and 35 inch tires. Low money, it works, and if you can't get down the trail with that you really need to buy a different vehicle.

Kyle and I recently attempted a short steep climb and it really tested your breakover angle. Kyle still isnt t bar cranked so I am sure that will help but my breakover helped and was the difference between making it and not. While the added height helps for certain obstacles and can do a disservice to other obstacles it just all depends as each situation may or may not help. the H3 is a long wheelbase vehicle such as the JK and I feel a 4in lift to any vehicle over 110in really helps OR go with bigger tire sizes. I have seen others with long wheelbases go (mainly JKs) and buggies run 37-38in tires with a 2in lift. Keeping the roof line low but the belly high but then we run into regear and strength issues.

The H3 is very capable in stock form but I feel a 4in lift does wonders and if I started over I would probably wheel the H3 in stock form for a few years and then do the setup I have now. Another hinderance is the spring hangers, I like H32NV's approach to the hanger issue and keeping it sprung under.

Whats my biggest concern for now? Rancho discontinuing the lift. tuff country just did and if rancho does we're ****ed. Then we are left with nothing.

I'm hoping to get a Ranch lift but if they discontinue I already found a business down here that builds lifts custom to your vehicle and to be honest it compares between tuff country and Rancho....

Who makes it? Zone offroad products? Or a one off type shop?

A father so duo fabricators... Everyone I talk to down hear tell me to go to them.. Anything offroad they build it.. I met them a month or so ago and seem to be good people.. With excellent prices

Yea really nice guys and so far what I have seen there work is amazing.. They already had time to tinker with my truck and said its not an issue.. They build to the spec of the truck and the shocks u purchase...

Would those be able to fabricate something similar to the Rancho front end of the lift? Doesn't have to be 4 inches, could be abit less so that we wouldnt have to have extremely backspaced rims to fit them, and compensate at the rear with shackles?
It would be nice to have options, FJs and Wranglers have every +1 inch increment for lifts. 2.5,3.5,4.5 inches, and I know hummers are getting extinct but wth why not.

He explained that they would build to spec of the shocks.. So it depends on the size shocks u buy.. Of course if u go bigger then 4" then there is a lot more that will have to be changed to compensate..
