I’m sure this topic has been covered so please excuse the lame question. Getting ready for a drive from Alaska to Wisconsin and don’t want to go before I install a lift kit. However it seems the day I bought my 2006 base model they stopped making them. Looking for a 4 inch lift, any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated

Last lift kit produced was in 2016 by Rancho. You may find a used one but its not easy and be ready to compete for it...

I don't think you'll find a suspension lift for the H3. There's a body lift available. Beyond that, you're talking custom IFS or solid axle swap.

That’s unfortunate. I know rough country has a 2” shackle kit but they still tell you to wrench your torsion bars all the way .... which I know first hand to be dangerous

You can crank the torsion bars a bit - maybe 1" - 1.5", to raise the front end a bit. That will just about level the H3. If I recall correctly, you really don't want to go above 23.5" from bottom of fender to center of wheel hub when raising the front end via torsion bar lift.

I’ve found a 3.5” suspension lift from a company called WULF for $600. Need to research the company since I’ve never heard of it

Wulf seems to be selling torsion bar kits - you're still cranking the torsion bars and putting the front suspension out of geometry.

I’ve decided on the rough country 2.5” shackle lift with a 2@ body lift..... now who makes a 2” body lift lol

Just trying to clear 35s

And no one makes a 2" body lift for H3's that I'm aware of and I for good reason, too many modifications needed to go > 1" from what I've read. Daystar sells a 1" body lift which I personally have but looks like the price has gone up a big over the past year, was only about $160 from what I remember i bought mine about a year ago.

As alrock said, lift is not required for 35's on these rigs. I only added this body lift because the crappy nfab "rock sliders" i bought didn't have enough clearance without the body lift and had I not been in a hurry at the time would've sent the nfab rock sliders back all together and ordered some from https://schwarttzy.com/product/h3-hummer-rock-sliders/ or https://www.rocky-road.com/h3-rock-sliders.html.

2” skateboard wheels make good body lifts. Used to do that back in the MTV days.

Don’t underestimate the issues you may encounter with the radiator, steering shaft, trans shifter, exhaust, and wiring. Basically anything that is routed between the body & chassis will get pulled taut. The H3 is designed very tight, and there is not much slack to work with. 35”s fit with a mild t-bar crank. Shackles & keys not needed.
