selling my 3 tomorrow, decided the dealer didn't need this, and someone else might benefit from it!

Whopping $20 shipped, or I can bring it to moab for black sheep week!

Yeah, bad news. Sorry to hear you got fed up with the issue. I was hoping you would figure out what was going on up there.

I think he needs an H1 or a built up Heep , with the trails he runs I'm surprised his 3 lasted as long as it did ...

Ya know, I see other folks with theirs holding up, I think I just had a bit of a lemon... it had a number of issues, not just the rack. Honestly, it's ABILITY was never an issue, just what would go wrong, and man with the 4:1, I REALLY loved how it worked (for the 1 hour, then 3 hours I got to use it before breaking.)

I also think install on the rack was an issue... my mech obviously was sick of replacing the dam thing, and it showed. Oh well, on to a NEW batch of problems!!! The one nice thing about a TJ, I've got a dozen local guys who know them in & out, and there's no question of what to do to fix something. I'm an improver, I can't stand leaving something that went wrong the same, so nothing kills me more than fixing the same issue 5 or 6 times in a row. It's gonna be pretty boring being yet another one of the hordes of heepers....:emb:

I not willing to except this.

Then bring your AZZ out here to CO, some play with me for a month, and prove that without my go-kart like driving skills, the 3 CAN hold up to the trails around here!!!:)

Almost bought this one today, but it wasn't ready... monday. (06 TJ rubi unlimited)

It had a few moab stickers on it, one of them was "Neo's yard":giggle:... the thing looks like it's been a pavement princess... TWO scratches under it, and I mean scratches.

Drove like a wobbly jeep, but I ran it up a wall, and it flexed well, locker worked... seemed solid.
