Looking to sell:

1. Full set of black leather seats - good condition - minimal wear - no tears.
2. Complete sun roof assembly
3. Roof racks
4. Various other assemblies - heat exchanger, A/C system, external door mirrors, etc.
5. Internal spare tire carrier assembly.
6. Internal accessory and associated wiring harnesses and various connectors - lot sale - various wires cut for removal.
7. Dash stereo - no Nav - no speakers


All items sold as is where is - working when removed - some items and wiring could be damaged in removal.

All other interior items gone.

Truck stripped for racing. May be various other stock components for sale in future.

For all others, yes it it for off road racing. A bit more info for you on the build.

It is being built up for desert racing. This truck is being built to SCORE specifications - STOCK FULL, class. First race scheduled is Baja 1000, 2014.

The project was started in February of this year. The vehicle is currently just finished the tear down stage and is in the process of being built up. Body is back on, hard mounted to frame. All superfluous / accessory systems, glass, (anything not required for essential vehicle operations) removed.

Currently we are building roll cage, fuel cell mounts and seat mounts. Suspension is as well under going over haul and modification. ( not too much for mods though).

If people are interested, I can post a few pictures and a description of the build, parts and modifications as we progress.

Hell yeah, you are posting up parts for sale on the most hard core HUMMER forum on the net. These guys even have a special area for builds, so get posting up pics!
We'd also love to see how the truck performs once complete and lessons learned.
I'm most interested in what you do with the suspension, especially how the front comes together. For desert racing it'll have long arms, I need to know what kind of travel you get out of it and if you're using the stock differential or putting something special in---plus you're going to be putting in some cool CV's, looking forward to seeing what those look like! For the class you're running I'm thinking you have to leave the diff pretty much as is?
Yeah, go over to the build section and post up everything!!!! Alot of us need to live vicariously through other folks builds, and more importantly, their checkbooks for the builds!

Ok, wow, more of an interest than I thought!

I will be happy to share. One quick note, not much for changes to suspension design or overall travel. That has to remain same design as delivered by manufacturer, with a few small mods allowed.

I probably will not have much time over the next two weeks, but I will get some pictures and a write up for everyone.

I am SUPER EXCITED to follow this build in the BUILD THREAD. Yes you will have a following and don't be surprised if you see support at the race track from this gang!

I am more a MUDDER' as you might tell by my pictures but a HUMMER fan overall so bring on the sand and make us all proud!!!
