How do you remove the roof rails?

I am trying to figure out how these roof rails come off of the vehicle. I have removed all of the torx bolts in the track and the one towards the front but I will not lift up. anyone that has taken them off for painting or anything give me some insight? Thank you

Well I guess I figured it out, they were stuck to the roof.

Be careful when you reattach them. The factory weld nuts are known to rust and break off with minimal torque. Try to tighten each one before you attach. I drilled all of them out and welded new 1/4"-20 weld nuts. My write up and several others with pictures are in the forum.

Check the caulking over the pinch weld while they are off (you need to remove the plastic trim as well to fully check it). Mine was starting to separate and the sheet metal was beginning to rust underneath. I stripped all the caulking off, cleaned up the metal, and used RV roofing sealant to redo the waterproofing over the pinch weld. Painted and then re-installed the trim and roof rails.
