H3 Heat problems????

Hey guys, I am having issues with the heat in my 2007 H3 with the 5CYL. The A/C works fine and blow extremely cold but the heat does not work at all. When I turn the temp dial on the control panel nothing changes still blows cold air. Also the dial that changes the position the air blows i.e floor boards, defrost doesn't work ether. I have got the air to blow out the top of the dash once by messing with the control dial but that is it no matter where I turn it it still blows out the A/C vents. I am not sure where to start any help would be appreciated Thanks.

Has the system been drained for any reason? (flush, water pump, radiator, thermostat, etc). If so...it could be air trapped in the system.

No the system has not been drained. I did the calibration and nothing changed.

When you did the calibration did the process work, meaning did you get the air coming from the different vents during the calibration? That's the way it should work, in that it cycles through the upper, lower and defrost vents.

If not, my only guess would be a faulty control unit. Haven't heard this one before.
