Hey guys, I have been busy with multiple projects but the latest is a set of bolt on sliders for my T. I have a good friend that has a company that builds badass stuff for toyotas. He has taken a interest in building stuff for the H3. Anyways he drew up some CAD design for brackets for 1 3/4 tubing. The brackets are 1/4 plate that are designed to fit together than weld.

Here are the brackets mounted on the truck. Perfect fit with the tubing. The driver side is notched to fit around the E brake system. (Havent worked on that side yet)
Here is the main tube with kicker.

Here is the outer tube mounted against the frame brackets

And the final picture is the brackets welded on. Still need some final bracing but gettin close.

Possibly around $600-700, the finished product might differ in little ways then mine. My friend is trying keep them competitive with everyone else. We still have to try the brackets on a regular h3 also.. Think they will work just got to make sure or slight mods to them

the brackets should be the the same just different length on the tube, also are you guys doing the 4 factory mounting points or skimping & doing 3? I upgraded from RR to RD but still don't like the fact of skipping 1 of the mounting points

Schwarttzy, IMHO disagree with you on tube thickness, i have ran .120 on my last rock buggy for sliders and my 7.3 F 250 never had a problem. From johnson valley, moab, rubicon i beat the heck out of that tubing. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=l8D6fakxwTM
Jgbb04.. Actually not exactly the same brackets, because of the ebrake setup on the driver side. Some brackets might need to be cut different for a bolt on fit with out interferring. Since the T is stretched, passenger side no problem. Unless your H3T is different than mine I only have 3 mounting points. The H3 has 4 so I dont know why from the factory they would take one away from the T? The regular h3 would get the 4th mounting point. If Im wrong send me a pic of the 4th mounting point for the T.

I understand on a H3 that there is 4 points. On a H3T there is only 3 i just checked again lol. Unless yours is different. I would love a picture.

Thanks! Guess my T is defective.
Here is the rear most mounting point to the sticker where the center mount is.

Yeah, I could've sworn my 09 T had 4 mounting points on each side(4th one behind a sticker)...just went to double check and my 2010 T only has 3. I'm going to have to go check again. Crap I was just about to get a used set of rocky roads, now I'm wondering if the mounting points are the same :)banghead:) Cant afford to get them and have them not work, BRB...

I know the RR's only have three mounting points so I wasnt too worried about skipping the fourth one (better than nothing right) but now I'm wondering if the spacing is different on my T than it is on the T's with four...? I got a quick measurement and came up with 28 1/2 rear to middle and 31 middle to front. Thats an approximate measurement, anyone have anything different? Took a few pics too.

Thats the same as mine. Im pretty sure the only came with 3 points on the T. Ridge demon sliders only have 3 point also. Seems backwards that the wagons have 4 and the truck has 3. Good old GM thinking hard!

Interesting! So far your the only one who has that lol. If you have the extra mounting point extra brackets can be thrown in at no extra im sure. You would have to weld them on. Im bummed mine doesnt have the extra mount!
