I have a strange symptom of a stuck throttle. When coming to stops, I put my trans in neutral and the engine revs up to about 2000 RPM until I am at a complete stop. Sometimes, the revving will increase but always drops to normal once I am completely stopped. My ScanGauge shows the TPS sensor rises and falls with the RPM regardless of the gas pedal position.
These symptoms happened after I pulled the MAF and throttle body for a good cleaning. I am assuming there is a relearning process the computer needs to go through. Any ideas?
