Good price for a 2009 H3 Alpha Adventure???

So I found a local dealer that has a 2009 H3 Alpha Adventure with both front and rear lockers and about every factory accesory except rear seat entertainment with ~37000 miles for $32K. It looks pretty stock and dosn't look like it left the garage much or the pavement. Is that a good price? What have others paid, and also what do you think of getting the GMPP if I buy it? I know the price has been going up on theese lately.
Thanks

I'm interested in going rates now too. I've looked at book values but I feel like that is meaningless for a vehicle in demand that is no longer in production. Supply and demand will dictate the price people will pay

I'd say that's a pretty fair price in today's market, especially with adventure package. Low mileage examples are fewer and far between anymore.

It's on the high side for an H3 Alpha, but with those miles it sounds fair. I'd try to negotiate to get it under $30k.

Yeah I would offer less than 30K, and it depends on what they would offer me for my 2009 H3 Luxury with 82K miles. Just want to trade up for the V8 with lockers. I would probably have to sell my non adventure I5 privatly to get more that they will give for trade-in.

It's would be a good price if it were a T but otherwise I feel that's a tad high
