Front tow hook/bumper area is silver

I noticed on some models the front tow hook area is silver like this hummer in this page:

Mine is black, what models came in silver? I would like mine in silver as well.

All '08's and '09 H3's have the silver bumper. All other models/years are gray/black.

2008 and 2009 H3 (excludes 2009 H3T). You have a 2006/2007 H3 right? If so, you will also have to change the front skid plate to a 2008+ skid plate. I'm sure you can find someone with a BA bumper or Thorparts bumper that would sell you there bumper and skid.

Part of the difference may be the override bar under there and they had left over silver paint ha ha
I'm not sure the bumper itself was different to enclose that bar but it got a coat of black paint the day after I got it.
Not sure I have an old bumper in the museum.

My 08 Alpha came silver. It was one of the first things I had powdercoated in Black.

Yep, it's just painted. Mine had a few rock chips in it which really stood out so I coated it with bedliner. Personally I think it looks much better black and is more durable as well.
