I am glad I got this, I saw premium for 4.79 the other day. Now I feel safe, no one can steal my gas and some whackjob greenie can put crap in my tank now either!

I am sure someone can guess what color I am painting the chrome piece

That's cool. I just have a locking Stant cap on my truck. Don't feel too smug about your locking gas cap. When you look under your truck you'll notice that the gas filler connects to a rubber hose and the gas tank is plastic. There's still a small level of protection with the locking cap.

It will atleast discourage the ease of stealing...Anything is possible, I know I can steal gas if I wanted to...i am sure most of us could seeing we are car savvy. I would never do it but thieves are lazy bastards and if they have to get under a car to steal gas so be it...I have more time to get out there and beat the **** out of them with a metal pipe :wink:
