Certain vehicles can be polarizing, plus for some a cars reputation can affect their perception. FWIW, the Delorean, Lambo SUV, Plymouth Prowler, Escalade, Avalanche, BMW 7 series, and Ferrari Enzo also made the list. Apparently the list is the 50 least boring looking cars, mis-titled as ugly.

I heartily disagree with the following being on the list:

HUMMER obviously.

and these guys..........

Bricklin SV1 - Ahead of it's time
DeLorean DMC-12 - A great experiment
Plymouth Prowler - Under powered but simply sex on wheels, as is amnything designed by Chip Foose
Ferrari Enzo - AKA: "The Orgasmatron"
Chevrolet SSR - They just make me smile

Having both the hummer and the prowler, i can speak for both of them....the hummer goes where nothing else will and the prowler is really "sex in wheels" it has an awesome muffler sound, and it sure as hell makes ppl look at it lol

I'm on the same page as Gunner with many of the vehicles these tasteless leftist dip****s put on the list: Chevy El Camino (I like em), DeLorean DMC-12, Plymouth Prowler, and the Ferrari Enzo. Likewise, the H2, Escalade, and Avalanche aren't ugly vehicles - they bitched more about them being "gas-guzzlers" or "excessive". Whatever.... :hjob:

Who said El Caminos are ugly? :(

They just don't like them because they never had to do landscaping or pool cleaning jobs.

Ditto; my dream car was always a 1968 El Camino SS

Since he didn't like the El Camino, Subaru Brat or Baja, or any car/pickup combination, I'm surprised he didn't mention the Ford Ranchero. I thought those were hideous.

My El Camino is a 69 so it's the same front end. Only difference is I'm running an LS1. Old motor was way too messed to repair. Figured it wasn't original anyways so I might as well get a much efficient version as the old 350.

I still have my high school car in storage, a '69 SS 396 Chevelle -- basically the same trim/body as the '68

And hummers are supposed to be ugly...they are tractors, a tool for the military

That's awesome that you still have your h.s. car

Its all in the eye of the beholder. I don't care what other people think. Its all opinion and not fact. :)

I also love the Prowler. I've never had the opportunity to sit in one though. It looks like I might not fit in it. Especially with the top up.

Amazing how far removed from reality some people are. How can anyone think a Chevy SSR is ugly?? (yes i know, personal taste and tall that) I always thought the SSR was COOL as all heck. Maybe not super practical but that's beside the point.

When I read this type of article I always wonder what the point is of writing them.

I must have really bad taste, because I currently own 2 vehicles on that list, a H2 & a 76 Mustang Cobra II, and wouldn't mind having a Delorean, LM002, another Mustang II, Prowler, Escalade, Avalanche, 7 Series, Enzo, another H2, and an SSR.
