Looking for someone who lives in lower portion of s.e. Wi. or North area of Illinois who has oem rims and tires they are willing to part with. I mean as in extra or spare set. I'm guessing you would be driving on them otherwise. Let me know please. As always thank you .

My bff and I ran to Illinois on Sunday and picked up a set of 4 beater oem H3 wheels with cr@ppy tires. Lol! all the finish is peeling from being attack by road chemicals, not to mention the rubber is pretty wasted.
The craigslist and FB marketplace made 'em look so good, NOT!
Gave $200 for 'em in the end... Gosh I spent like an hour and half with the pressure sprayed going last night tring to clean them up. Grabbed a pair of leather gloves and the chrome finish literally came off in sheets and hunks. What a pita!
Any members do sand/media blasting near s.e. WI?
Would love to clean them to bare aluminum.

Side thought be very wary of the selling posts of the above mentioned (jmho). Individual put up old picks.

Positive> the came with all lug nuts and chrome center caps in decent shape...
