What he said, I would add that the front locker isn't really needed unless you plan on some good rock crawling. Nice to have but you will seldom need it. You could move up to 4.56 gears and gain a little more crawl ability.

but a $4 socket and 2 minutes to cut is cheaper than a "specialty" socket and it can still rest in the tool box until next time.

It looks like the rear main seal. If done right, they use an alignment tool and the oil pan bolts need to be loosened. But the pan gasket doesn't need to be changed....most of the time. Have done 2 myself.
