Got the part number from Zach (Thanks Zach!) and it was ordered through a Chevrolet dealer we get parts from at work. There is some mild trimming to the mount guide peg and drilling to the factory spare tire carrier to run the bolt.

Only $22.65 more for chrome :wink:. Once I pick up tires for the new wheels, it won't be silver very long .
