Back in Moab for the fall hummer club event. We have the H1 and H2 up here.

I am very surprised how well the H2 does off-road. Today we tried to run Moab rim in the H1 and snapped a half shaft on devils crack. Turned around and went back to the condo. Ended up going back out for a night run on fins and things.

I took the H3 out in the mountains on a hunting trip yesterday, then gave it a good bath today.

Late recovery this past Saturday, after a series of unfortunate events.

To get the truck out we needed to use the H2 and H3 as anchors for the H1 winch to pull itself out. And then a m998 to use its winch also.

So for those who be interested by my backspace job, done with black Multiplex 12mm plates, tuff wood!

The space between the box and my seats is only like 30cm. I found like big big nice air pillow on the net witch fits exactly behind my seats and covers all missing room up when it's full pumped up.
Got my swag inside and hope to finde the right place to test one night inside my Hummer :dance

Well now, that is an interesting location.

What is it bolted to, did you go through the floor?

How water resistant or proof is the design and wiring?

I am assuming there is a gap between the radiator and the body for air flow, otherwise you would be highly dependent upon thermal conduction to the body.

I've got more pics and details in my building thread. But yes, drilled 4 mounting holes, there's also 1 inch spacers spacing it off of the frame. That part of the frame also has a large hole in it from the factory, so air flow should be plentiful. I need to get some conduit and cover the wiring up, but it's all crimped snd heat shrieked so it shouldn't be a problem.

I tested it today, outside temps were roughly 60, with the fan on it stays around 176-177.

Here's a picture of the frame behind the cooler.

I have been putting off installing my trans cooler because I was not happy with any of the common location due to the supercharger's heat exchanger. Since my cooler also has a fan like yours I think I will start to explore space under the T's truck box, I seem to remember that there was lots of open space on the opposite side of the exhaust.

Thanks for posting!! What lines did you end up running?

Thanks! Yea the T should have more room, especially if you're not running the spare under there.

I used fragola performance braided nylon lines

The kit I bought with the radiator came with them, but those should be the same lines.

Need to do a custom BCM flash. You change one bit in the system calibration file. It's a flag that tells the BCM whether or not to send fault messages to the cluster.

Interesting setup! Im thinking of doing something like that since my thick trans cooler is reducing my ac performance.
How does the fan come on though? Ignitition or a sensor?

Right now the fan is manual. It's wired up to my switch panel so I have to turn it on whenever temps gets up to 185 ish. I did install an inkine thermostat but I don't have it wired up, mainly because I couldn't find the right 12v ignition controlled wire to tap into lol
