Need some help with a few noises

Okay guys well I have been going through my H3 trying to eliminate all 836 random funny noises it makes. I've got a few I'm looking at now:

1.) Behind the dash is a slight buzzing sound, I notice it mainly when I put it in reverse especially after the vehicle has been sitting. Once I shift into drive and start driving it goes away. It sounds like it's coming from behind the speedo

2.) When fully depressing the brakes there is a low pitch whine coming from the master cylinder area under the hood, if I press the brakes to the floor it whines for about a second and a half then stops. It doesn't do it if I just slightly press the pedal only when I depress it significantly to stop. I had the front brakes off when I put a whole new front suspension in and had them bled by my mechanic a few weeks ago after I got it all back together. Could it still be some air in the lines?

3.) I noticed the bracket where the rear seat latches to the side of the vehicle (on the double seat side) seems loose, I tightened the bolts but it just seems like that piece of metal it is attached to in the interior is weak and makes a popping sound if you push on it. Torqueing them didn't work, has anyone else noticed this sound or done anything about it? I'm considering tack welding it around the sides to spread the pressure a little more evenly than just the two bolts holding it on.

I've got some steering noise and have a new upgraded bracket and a new intermediate shaft to go in tomorrow. I've also noticed some popping in the rear over bumps I didn't notice before, possibly leaf spring bushings. I'll have to do a little more diagnosing on that one. Any help with the above noises would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Spencer

Sounds like the torque of the engine is pushing something towards the firewall if it only happens in reverse. Try looking at thing under the hood.

My Solstice has this issue. I am pretty sure it is the power booster on the master cylinder.

My rear seats are hardly used. Never had this issue.
