I'm assuming Outfitter Design still has their steering rack bracket, and that's worked well for many. When I had my Rancho'd H3, I don't think I changed shocks as the travel remains the same, if I recall correctly. Bilsteins are great though I (perhaps as an outlier) had reliability issues with...

Are you running the stock steering rack bracket, or an aftermarket one? This is an area for slop and failure.

2007 had a mid year change in the engine and other components. For example, it went from a cone air filter to flat. The PCM changed, I believe. The early 07s should be an easier swap than the later 07s.

Width is 18mm. Don't know the other dimensions.
