This isnt amongst the most important questions but I need to know if other people experience the same issue and if anyone has solved it.
Let's get to it.
Alright so on the back of the front seats you have a net for storage. Every time a back seat passenger gets in it always falls even if it's empty. All you have to do is slightly hit it and it's off to the floor boards. The clips are loose and there's no way to tighten it. These nets are useless if I can't put something in it without it falling off. Anybody have this problem?

This is a classic problem for our 3's. I keep something small in the mesh/net section to keep some positive pressure in the strap/clamp which seems to minimize it falling every time but does not eliminate it falling.

Someone posted awhile back that they were selling or made a MOLLE set up for that space...that would look awesome but damned if I could find the thread to link. They sell seat covers with a MOLLE on the back bit this was sized just in that area. Looked clean and awesome.

A seat cover might be alright in these winter days. I hate when my back touches that cold leather. There's nothing that could ruin your morning faster

Any don't you use clear silicone at as many connecting points, including where the clips slip in, as possible... That way the silicone will not only hold it in place, but it will also allow flexability and being clear, it won't show and look ugly! Last but not least, silicone can be removed and peeled off, allowing you to remove that net set up if you ever need to for some reason (like if you were to change or replace the upholstery)

I gave up and tossed them in the back cargo area...if you even just look at them too much they fall off sheesh :gaah:

Someone on here posted some pictures and fixed them by drilling through the clips and seat backs, and installed small screws.

I had the same problem, and figured out the quickest, easiest, and most effective way to fix them. Remove the net assembly, then take a piece of rubber hose (I used 3/8", but you can use larger if needed), and cut 4 pieces for each assembly, 1" long. Slip the hose piece under the elastic strap on the back side. Reinstall the assembly. Have a beer.

The assembly will now fit tight, yet is still easily removed and will still expand for larger objects if needed.
